As a result of her layoff in February 2009, Suzanne created a website and networking group which serves as a resource for the Unemployed in Des Moines (Follow us on Twitter).

In November 2009, Suzanne started her own consulting business serving the needs of small business owners in the areas of social media coaching and community management, basic website development, event planning and conference management, translation and general office support.

Once known as “Unemployed in Des Moines”, this “Get It Done Girl” is using her skills to continue to support the Unemployed in Des Moines.
